Chelsea Baker

Yoga made a profound impact on me when I found a regular practice in 2016, living in Australia and going through a difficult period in my life. The positive effect on my mental and physical wellbeing, guided by a wonderful teacher, has ever since inspired me to share yoga and its philosophy with others.

I undertook my training in Rishikesh, India in May 2017, and teach a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa and restorative yoga. I also have specialist training in teaching yoga and mindfulness to teenagers and am so passionate about sharing the tools of yoga with young people, as I wish I had had it whilst growing up!

My classes aim to draw from the whole philosophy of yoga, creating a strong sense of awareness and self-acceptance. Providing a friendly, welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere is really important to me, and making sure everyone leaves on that yoga high!
